Download and Install Nano Search
At times you might want to search through your favorite websites only rather than the entire web. For example you might have a few news websites you really like and you might want Google to return search results from those sites only. Using Nano Search you can categorize your favorite websites under different “labels” and then you can restrict your search to sites under a given label.
1. To use Nano Search you must first install Google Desktop
3. Double click Nano Search and it will appear in the Google Desktop Sidebar.
To use Nano Search you must first create labels and specify websites that belong under those labels.
1. To create labels go to the options menu.

2. On the window that appears enter a label name in the box found at the top and click “Add Label”.

3. The label name appears in the drop down box. Add the web sites that belong under this tag by entering the site name and clicking “Add”.

4. Repeat the above steps to create as many labels as you want.
After you create labels
1. Go to the “Set Label” menu and select the label you want to search through.
The selected label will then appear in the search box

![]()
2. In the search box type in the phrase you want to search and press “Enter” on click the search button. Nano Search will then display Google search results from the websites under the given tag.
